Anna Hakes Leavitt

 

Ann Eliza HakesAnn Eliza Hakes was born April 15, 1858 in Santa Clara, Utah. She is the daughter of Collins Rowe Hakes and Mabel Ann Morse.

 

Ann married Lyman Utley Leavitt on December 27, 1875. She was the second wife of Lyman in a plural marriage.

 

When Lyman was called for the Big Muddy Mission, Ann Hakes went with Lyman, while Ellen Brown, Lyman's first wife stayed in Kanosh, Utah with her children.

 

Ann Eliza Hakes died on February 2, 1926.
